Hello, will this wiring work for my jeep and if so which bracket works with it?

The Tow Ready # 118409 T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness is a correct fit for your 1999 Jeep Wrangler. You have a few options as far as a mounting bracket goes.
I'd recommend part # 18144. If you don't have a convenient mounting surface under the bumper (don't drill into the hitch), you can use a mount like part # C57202 that would attach to the hitch crossbar using band clamps.
