I can help you to get your Roadtrek up and ready to tow your trailer with a brake controller and wiring.

First lets start with the brake controller. I highly recommend the Tekonsha P3 # 90195, because it is a proportional brake controller which means it senses how the tow vehicle is slowing or stopping and applies the trailer's brakes with the same intensity. It also has a full display screen instead of codes that need deciphering. The P2 # 90885 is like the P3's little brother, it has all the great qualities but won't have the display screen.

There is no plug and play port for the Roadtrek, so you will want to hardwire it for a brake controller. If you have a 7-way already run on your Roadtrek then you will only need to hardwire in the brake controller with the # 5506 kit.

If you already have a 4-way you will need to hardwire in the 7-way kit # ETBC7. Some models may have a round plug with a cap on the inside of the drivers frame rail for the 7-way, if you have this then your will need the # 30955 and # 5506. Vehicles with the 7-Way tow package have the blue output brake wire already ran from the back to the front. It is located under the dash near the emergency brake pedal. If your Roadtrek does not have any wiring you will need to install a 4-way like # C56175 and then the # ETBC7.

To complete a towing setup you will need a ball mount and ball. The specific ball mount will depend on your trailer and vehicles needs, I have linked an article to help you determine what you will need. The ball you will need will depend on your trailer but the two most common sizes are the 2 inch like the # 63845 and the 2-5/16 inch like the # 63840.

I have linked all the above mentioned parts as well as a few Help Articles and an installation video on a similar vehicle for your convenience.
