I have a solution for you, but 2 inch hitches are generally reserved for higher capacity vehicles like trucks and SUVs. For your 2014 Volkswagen Passat we have a 1-1/4 inch hitches available like the Draw Tite part # 24880. I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
For a platform bike rack that would fit this hitch and your vehicle well the Thule Doubletrack part # TH92BJ would be a great option.
