My 2014 Ram 2500 is factory prepped for both a gooseneck or a fifth wheeler 5 knock out holes. Will the safety chain loops #C60617 fit into two of the four ports originally intended for a fifth wheel installation?

Yes, when you are gooseneck towing with your 2014 Ram 2500 with factory prep package, the Curt Safety Chain Loops # C60617 can be installed in the rear two pucks to provide attachment points for the gooseneck trailer's safety chains.
