Under-bed 5th wheel hitch puck placement is different between Ford and GM vehicles. Hitches that fit one do not fit the other.
On a Ford truck the pucks are spaced 13-inches apart front-to-back and 30-inches apart side-to-side. On a GM truck the pucks are spaced 22-inches apart front-to-back and 27-inches side-to-side.
