Will Swagman Dispatch Platform Bike Rack Work With Womens Bikes

will the security hook cinch down low enough to work for a female bike?

The padded hooks on the upright mast of the Swagman Dispatch, part # S44FR are designed to fit most bikes, and will fit many bikes with alternative frames as you can see in the attached photo.
However, there may be some bikes with much lower center bars. I do have a solution for you. I recommend using an adapter bar like part # 64005. This attaches between the seat post and the handlebar stem and allows the bike to be carried more level in the carrier while providing additional ground clearance. I have attached a product review video for this adapter bar.
