Does the Installation of a Trailer Hitch on a 2016 Honda Pilot Require a Lift
Question:
Can this be installed without the 2016 pilot being on lifts? Can it be installed in my driveway?

The Curt hitch part # C13146 that you referenced would easily fit your 2016 Honda Pilot without requiring you to use a lift. We use a lift in our install videos to make showing the process easier, but for a vehicle like this it would not be needed. All you will need to do is lower the spare tire and then bolt the hitch into place.
