You'll want to choose tires whose combined capacity meets or exceeds the GVWR of your fifth wheel. Taskmaster Provider tires are the OEM tire choice for many trailer manufacturers. The # TTWTRTM2257515D is a 225/75-15 Load Range D radial tire. The tire has a 2540lb capacity when properly inflated to 65psi.

If you needed a load range E radial tire, go with the Kenda Karrier # AM10303 which has a 2830 log capacity at 80psi.

I'd recommend going with a radial tire over a bias ply, because radial tires run cooler. I understand tires are expensive, but when it comes to tires you get what you pay for.

I'll link you to an FAQ article that has more information about trailer tires.
