It sounds like you have 4 on 4 bolt pattern wheel and tire combination that is 16-1/2 inches overall diameter, 6.5 inches overall wide and mounts on an 8 inch rim.

If the above is correct the Kenda 165/65-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8 inch White Wheel - 4 on 4 - Load Range C, item # AM3H200, would be the correct tire and wheel replacement, as long as the .1 inch extra width will not interfere with the trailer framing or fenders. The correct replacement tire only for a 8 inch x 3-3/4 inch rim, is the Loadstar K399 Bias Trailer Tire - 165/65-8 - Load Range C, item # AM1HP22.

You will need to check the axle capacity on your trailer. The GAW (gross axle weight rating) cannot be over 1600 pounds for use of the above recommended wheel and tire or tire recommendation.

Radial tires provide the smoothest ride but for the above tire sizes only bias ply tires are available.
