5th Wheel Trailer Hitch and Installation Kit for a 2015 Ford F-150 with 5-1/2 Foot Bed
Question:
I am buying a Fifth wheel Trailer, 32foot and 9,215lbs, hitch weight 1660lb. I need a great hitch system for it. With the short bed 5'6" Im not sure if I need the Sidewinder sys. or not. Knowing what my truck make and model is what do you recommend for a complete sys? I like the air ride and shock systems best.

I have an excellent recommendation for your 2015 Ford F-150 with the 5-1/2 foot bed. You can use the Demco 13K HiJacker, # DM8550040, which has 22-1/2 inches of travel and slides automatically. Using this hitch will prevent you from having to buy both a hitch and a Sidewinder pin box.
All you will need, besides the hitch, is an installation kit, # RP50087-58. I also recommend adding an in-bed 7-Way to make hooking up the 5th wheel trailer easier, # 41157.
