Can Head From 18K B&W Companion Fit 20K B&W Companion Base For 2006 Dodge Ram 2500

Will this head work on a rvb3400 slider base? Going in a 06 ram 2500 short bed that already has bandw turnover installed

It sounds like you are wanting to increase your towing capacity. I called my contact at B&W about the head on a B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider, part # BWRVK3400-5W.

They said it will fit the Replacement Slider Base for B&W Companion Slider, part # BWRVB3405. Since this base is rated for 20,000-lbs it will increase the capacity from the 18,000-lbs you have with the # BWRVK3400-5W, and will work great with your turnover ball in your 2006 Ram 2500.

If you do not have a wire harness for your trailer installed in the bed of your truck, I recommend part # HM42137.
