The Curt Safety Chain Loops for Factory Ram Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitches, part # C60617, are a confirmed fit for the 2016 Ram 3500 and will fit into the factory pucks.
I pulled a sample of Fulton safety chain # FCHA0070324 and did indeed find that the hooks will fit just fine and with enough clearance for the spring-loaded keeper to close. This chain is sold as a single piece so order two for a pair.
