Will a reese 5 wheel hitch part number 30051 work on my f150 2004 5.4 titon engine crew cab 5/1/2 foot box work towing capicity of trailer wt of trailer base wt. 7.250# grv wt 9,710 unladen wt of my truck5396# gross wt 7,000#

The 5-1/2 foot bed on your 2004 Ford F-150 means that a regular slider hitch such as # RP30051 will not work. There is not enough space to be able to make tight turns without hitting the truck cab against the trailer.
The best option is to use the Demco 13K HiJacker, # DM8550040, which has 22-1/2 inches of travel, for more clearance when turning. I have linked a video review of this hitch for you.
The only other part you will need is an installation kit, # RP50081-58. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.
