Display Function on Tekonsha Voyager Brake Controller 39510

Question:

I have a Voyager brake controller I just installed and all power supplies are testing out accurately with test light but indicator light is still unlit. most controllers will light up red with no load and green when connected to a load. Does that light not light up unless connected to a load with that model of brake controller? Or is the light possibly burnt out or controller bad?

The Tekonsha Voyager brake controller # 39510 will not show any lights on the display unless a trailer has been plugged in.

With the Voyager controller, it's very important that the controller is leveled properly, or the controller won't work correctly. I'll link you to a copy of the install/operation instructions for you to look over.
