I looked up your Fleetwood Evolution E1 pop up camper on the internet and it looks like you have a secondary lower frame located below the camper frame which gives you the 8 inch tall measurement.

The Reese Weight Distribution, # 66557, is designed for light trailers with A-frame trailer frames that measure up to 6 inches tall. Most trailer frames will measure 2 to 3 inches wide and 3 to 5 inches tall. This system will not work on your Fleetwood camper with the 8 inch tall frame.

I would recommend the Reese Trunnion System Weight Distribution, # RP66020, which is a weight distribution system designed for tongue weights between 200 and 600 lbs. and it comes with an integrated cam to use the Reese Dual Cam Sway Control, # RP26002.

To use this system on your camper you will need to measure the distance from the center of the coupler ball back along the lower frame to see if you have more than 33 inches to be able to have a spot to locate the spring bar brackets.

If the lower frame is long enough then you will need to use the Draw-Tite Weight Distribution Chain Hanger Kit - Bolt On, # 58305. These brackets will need to be mounted on the lowest frame at 31 inches from the center of the coupler ball to the center of these brackets. This will give you the attachment point for hooking up the spring bars on your weight distribution system.

The Reese Dual Cam Sway Control, # RP26002 will come in handy if you are not hauling anything in the front of the camper. Without any weight in front of the camper this will make the tongue weight very low on your camper which will induce sway. The Dual Cam Sway Control will stop the sway before it starts.

I am sending a link to installation instructions on the chain hanger kit # RP58305, and I am sending video links to the installation of a trunnion weight distribution and the dual cam sway control.
