I have a hitch for you, but the Draw-Tite Class III Max Frame Receiver Hitch # 75549 that you referenced is not confirmed to fit your 2007 Dodge Sprinter 3500 Van, 170 Inch Wheelbase with Standard Bumper. The # 75549 will not fit dually models of the Sprinter.
Since the outside to outside frame width of your van is 39-1/4 inch, the trailer hitch you will want for your Sprinter van is the Curt Class III Receiver Hitch # C13388. This hitch offers a 600 pound tongue weight and 6,000 pound towing capacity, the same as the Draw-Tite hitch.
I have attached the installation instructions for this hitch for you.
