2011 dodge mega cab 3500,, towing a 31foot 2014 Montana Mountaineer 5th wheel, ?

To pick out a fifth wheel hitch you will need to know the length of your truck bed and the weight of your trailer as it is ready to tow. If you have a truck bed shorter than 8 feet you will need a slider hitch like the part # RP30051 that you referenced. This hitch as a 16k capacity.
The non-slider version of this is the part # RP30047. This would be the hitch to use if you have a long bed truck.
For a set of fifth wheel rails you would want a custom install kit that would minimize drilling and install time like the part # RP50140-58.
