Can Additional Batteries be Added to Two 6 Volt Batteries Ran in Series
Question:
Hello, I have a RV that I put in two 6 volt batteries that I connected using your diagram two make 12 volts. My question is if I get a third battery for more life. Is there a way to connect 3-batteries together or should I keep the third battery as a spare ? Your diagram on the two 6 volt connection two make 12 volts was great Thank you

Expert Reply:
Either keep the third battery as a spare or get a total of 4 batteries so that you can have additional life from the batteries. There's no easy way to use three 6 volt batteries so you would want to use 4 like in the diagram I attached.
