We have straight axles that are close to the measurements you have provided, see link, but the spring seats would have to be moved and none of them have brake mounting flanges. I propose a different approach by using a Timbren axle-less system # ASR2KHDS01.

This system will provide the "axle" as well as the suspension in one unit plus the suspension part will not wear out nearly as quickly as traditional leaf springs because the rubber won't corrode. They are also set up for electric brakes.

The spindles on this set up take hubs that use inner bearing L68149 and outer bearing L44649. If the hubs you have do not take these bearings we have several options that will work:

For a 5 on 5 bolt pattern use # AKHD-550-35-EZ-K
For a 5 on 4-1/2 bolt pattern use # AKHD-545-35-EZ-K
For a 5 on 4-3/4 bolt pattern use # AKHD-5475-35-EZ-K
For a 5 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern use # AKHD-555-35-EZ-K
For a 6 on 5-1/2 bolt pattern use # AKHD-655-35-EZ-K

For brakes for any of the above drums I recommend etrailer brakes # AKEBRK-35L and # AKEBRK-35R. I have linked a video review of these brakes for you.

If you want a straight axle that fits your specs then you would have to special order one from a local tractor or trailer supply store.
