The easiest trailer hitch mount bike racks to load are platform style bikes. They are also compatible with the most bike styles. The drawbacks are they are heavy and can cost a lot more than a hanging style bike rack. But I can provide you with a few recommendations for each type.
For a platform style I recommend the Swagman XTC4 # S64665. This is a popular option because it is a simple yet effective design, very sturdy, and one of the lower cost options. I have linked a video review of this carrier for you.
For something that is a step up I recommend the Inno Tire Hold Bike Rack for 4 Bikes - 2" Hitches - Tilting, part # INH142, which has the advantage of being able to tilt. It also holds the bikes at the wheels rather than hooking the frame like the XTC4. I have linked a video of this rack as well. Between the XTC4 and the Tire Hold my choice is the Tire Hold.
For a hanging rack the Hitching Post Pro, # TH934XTR, is a popular option. This is a basic 2-arm hanging rack with anti-sway cradles and it can tilt. It also has the ability to fit 1-1/4 and 2 inch receivers. I have linked a video of this rack.
With hanging racks, if you will be carrying any bikes that do not have a top frame bar that goes straight across (like a typical men's bike would) then I recommend using bike adapter bar # 64005. This will allow you to carry those bikes more level and will provide better ground clearance. I have linked a video showing how the adapter works.
