Yes, the Kenda 215/60-8 Bias Trailer Tire with 8" White Wheel # AM3H310 is going to fit on the Timbren Axle-Less System part # A12WS545.

If you check out the picture I attached you will see that when the Timbren is installed you will have a distance of 6-7/8 inches from the hub face to the trailer frame and the backspacing of the # AM3H310 is 4 inches so there would be more than enough clearance.
