Question:
Do you have a plug and play kit for trailer lights for the outback sedan? Im looking for a kit with quality instructions for my year of car. Everything I find is for a wagon.

For your 2001 Subaru Outback Sedan we have wiring harness # 33855 that plugs into a factory plug at the back of the vehicle. I have included a couple of videos featuring this harness for you.
If you are unable to locate the factory plug to plug in the harness then I recommend using ZCI harness # 119250KIT. The ZCI harness does not require cutting and splicing into the vehicle wiring. It has connectors that clamp around the tail light wiring on the vehicle and sense the current running through them!
