Dimensions of Camera/Sensor Assembly on Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera HM50002
Question:
Hopkins Backup Cameras and Alarms - HM50002 I have a 2015 Ford F150 with tow package, my concern is if the camera mounting bracket will fit. I have a trailer connector on one side and a access hole for the spare tire on the other. A dimension from the center of a mtg hole to the outside edge of the sensor would help. Thanks.

In order to answer your question I pulled one of the Hopkins Smart Hitch Backup Camera # HM50002 from our warehouse to measure it for you. From the center of a mounting hole to the outmost edge of the sensor the measurement is exactly 3-inches.
The two sensor assemblies are hinged - they fold out when you install the camera. From one outside edge to the other, measured at the two sensors' pivots, the overall width dimension is 13-inches. These and some other dimensions are noted on the linked photo I prepared for you.
