Comparing Class III Trailer Hitches for 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited
Question:
Does one hitch show more than the other?

I recommend the Curt # C13153 because it costs less than either alternative and because it actually has a higher tongue weight (TW) capacity of 900-lbs. TW is downward force on the hitch and this 900-lb rating is more than enough for any hitch-mount bike or cargo carrier.
All of the 2-inch Class III hitches offered for your 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited are shown on the linked page and all do indeed share very similar design/construction. All will install on your Santa Fe at the exact same points on the car's frame. All include the required hardware and detailed instructions; tools required are noted in the instructions. A helpful article is included to aid your install.
If you intend to tow, please let me know and I will be glad to help you select a ball mount, hitch ball and wiring harness. Or if your intention is to install a hitch-mounted bike carrier I can also help you choose one that suits your bikes and that fits well on the back of the car.
