Yes, you can install air bag helper springs with 5th wheel installation kit # RP50082-58 installed on your 2003 Ford F-250. For a compatible air bag kit I recommend the Firestone Ride-Rite system # F2550. I have included links to videos showing example installations of both parts for you.
