Fitment of Tire to Replace 20.5x8.0-10 Tires on 10x5.25 Inch Rims

Question:

Question about trailer tires and rim fit. I have a 10x5.25 inch trailer rim that has a 520 - 10 tire on it. Im guessing that this is an older style. All your tire sizes state that they fit on 10x6 inch rims. Will a 205/65/10 tire fit on my 10x5.25 rim? How about a 205/8.0/10 or 205/8.3/10 tire? Would these be too wide for my 10x5.25 rim? Thank you.

Sounds like from the tire sizes you referenced that these belong to a vintage model trailer. I did some checking and the 20.5x8-10 tire size that you referenced is the same as 205/65-10. A 205/65-10 tire will mount to a 10x5.25 wheel rim and not be too wide. The Loadstar K399 Bias Trailer Tire # AM1HP52 should fit and work well for you.

I have linked a few Help Articles on Tires and Tire Sizing as well as all the tires that will fit your sized rim for your convenience.
