Under Bed Brackets Only for Curt 5th Wheel Rails in a 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500HD Long Bed

I bought a new truck an 04 Chevy 2500 long bed I have a curt hitch and rails I purchased from you along with brackets for my old truck just need to buy the custom brackets for my new truck which brackets would be right for me?

For the Curt under bed brackets that will fit the Curt rails you already have and your 2004 Chevy Silverado 2500HD long bed I recommend # C16418. It also includes new mounting hardware (the original hardware should not be reused). I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.
