Suspension Enhancement Recommendation for a 2011 Ford F-150 with Wider Tires
Question:
Firestone Ride-Rite Air Helper Springs Code #2525 I have a 2011 F-150 FX4 Quad Cab 55inch bed Pirelli Scorpion ATR P275/55r20 11M+S tires My question is with the wider tires would this system fit my truck? Thanks

Helpful Expert Reply:
Due to the location of where the # F2525 would install on your 2011 Ford F-150 it would potentially interfere with wider truck tires.
Instead I would recommend a Timbren system part # TFR1504D that would not have the same potential to interfere. Since the # F2525 has only been tested on stock tire widths I can't say for certain if it would work or not.
The advantage to the Timbrens is that they do not require you to run any air lines or maintain air pressure like the air bag kits. Basically you would install them and then would never have to think about them again. I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
