Compatibility of Stop Light Switch Kit on a 2012 Ford Focus Titanium Hatchback w/o Adaptive Cruise
Question:
Do I need this part if I am installing a Roadmaster Invisibrake in a 2012 Ford Focus Titanium hatchback?

Helpful Expert Reply:
I can help you figure out if you need the # RM-751454 stop light switch or not for your 2012 Ford Focus Titanium Hatchback.
If your Focus is an automatic then you will need the # RM-751454 stop light switch kit and you will need to disconnect the battery to tow.
If your Focus is a manual, you will not need the stop light switch kit, and you will not need to disconnect your battery to tow.
Some items you will need to complete your towing setup are:
base plate kit like # BX2633
wiring like # RM-15267
a braking system like # SM99251
tow bar like # BX7380
and possibly a high/low adapter (I have linked all of our high/low adapter)
I have linked all the above parts to this page for your convenience as well as a few Help Article on Towing.
