The only trailer hitch we offer for your 2008 Lexus IS 250 is a Class l trailer hitch, part # C11372. This hitch has a 1-1/4 inch receiver opening.
The bike carrier you referenced, Curt Clamp-On 3 Bike Rack for 2" Ball Mounts, part # C18013, is not compatible with 1-1/4 inch receivers.
You want to make sure you do not exceed the towing capacity for your Lexus. From my research, the owner's manual states they do not recommend towing with your vehicle.
If all you wish to use the trailer hitch for is to carry bikes, I recommend the Swagman Trailhead 2 Bike Rack, part # S63360. This bike carrier will work well with the 1-1/4 inch trailer hitch on your IS 250. This is a 2-bike carrier with a weight capacity of 35 lbs per bike.
If you are planning on carrying bikes with alternative frames like kids bikes or women's bikes I recommend using an adapter bar like part # 64005. This attaches between the seat post and the handlebar stem and allows the bike to be carried more level in the carrier while providing additional ground clearance. I have attached a product review video for this adapter bar.
