That number looks like it might be a serial number for the trailer. In order to determine if a Sidewinder will fit there are some measurements that are needed. I have included a link to a help article that explains the measurements needed that will help identify the pin box. The other link is to our Sidewinder help article.

There is another option. If your 2008 Ford F-150 has industry standard above the bed 5th wheel rails AND the trailer has a gross weight under 13,000 pounds then you can use the Demco HiJacker # DM8550040. This is an auto-sliding hitch that travels up to 22-1/2 inches which provides slightly more clearance than a Sidewinder. This is an excellent option that also won't put any additional stress on the trailer frame.
