Best ST225-75-15 Tire for Enclosed Trailer Recommendation for Transporting Harley

I have a 6x14 enclosed trailer which I will be carrying my 2009 Harley Ultra Classic in. The dry weight of my Harley is right under 900lbs. I estimate with fuel, tools and other items, I should be carrying between 1,100-1,200 lbs. which ST225-75-15 tire will provide the best ride for my trailer?
