Hello, I have a Curt hitch rear for a 2013 Chev / Silverado crew cab 1500,will it work on a 2015 Silverado 1500 crew cab ? Thanks,

In 2014 the Chevy Silverado 1500 underwent a generation change so the hitch fits were also changed. For your 2015 Chevy Silverado the correct Curt hitch part number is # C14006.
