Where to Find Brake Signal for 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek for Brake Controller Install
Question:
Where can I find the wirer for the brake signal for a proportional brake controller... is a 10 awg is enough to recharge my camper battery on 7pin auxilliary. The auxilliary need a 30amp breaker right? Thank you for your help

The most reliable way to find the brake light signal to use for installing a brake controller is to use a circuit tester like the part # PTW2993 to test all of the wires going to the brake pedal switch for voltage only when the brakes are applied and none when released. That would be the correct circuit to use for the red wire of your brake controller to install it in your 2014 Subaru XV Crosstrek.
10 gauge wire run from the 12 volt accessory circuit of your 7-way to the positive terminal of the battery will put a decent maintenance charge on the battery, but it would not be enough to charge a dead or severely deplete battery. This circuit usually is protected by a 40 amp circuit breaker.
You would want to charge the battery with a charger like part # CTEK56353 from shore power when it is parked and then let the trailer wiring keep the battery topped off.
