Parts Needed to Convert B&W Companion Fixed Hitch to Companion Slider Type

Hello I am looking for the b and w fifth wheel hitch with slider but I already the comapaion by b and w so I was just wondering if I can just buy the base of the slider and use the jaws from the one I have already

A B&W fixed type Companion 5th wheel hitch # BWRVK3500-5W can be converted to a slider type by installing the head assembly onto a slider base # BWRVB3405. The base has a capacity of 18K so note that your overall hitch rating becomes 18K when using the slider.
