Adapter Recommendation for Installing Demco Fifth Wheel Premiere Hitch in 2016 Ford Hitch Prep

I have a premier 16th fifth wheel in my 2012 f350 king ranch 8bed. I traded and got a 2016 f350 king ranch 8foot bed with the prep package installed. Will this fit? Do I really need to get an adapter?

Sounds like you have a 16k Demco Premiere Hijacker hitch like part # DM6076P-UL-16K and are in need of an adapter that will allow it to be installed in the bed of your 2016 Ford F-350 long bed with the rail kit.
For that you would need the Reese adapter part # RP30156 which has been confirmed as a fit for both your vehicle and the Demco hitch.
