Yes, trailer hitch # 24919 will fit your 2015 Chrysler 200 S. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.
The appropriate ball mount is # 3593 if you plan on towing. For a 1-7/8 inch ball I recommend # 19256 and for a 2 inch ball I recommend # 19258. And for trailer wiring I recommend # C56242 to add a 4-Way flat to the rear of the vehicle.
If you want to use the hitch for an accessory such as a bike rack or cargo carrier then you have to make sure the accessory is rated for use with a Class I trailer hitch. Also, with a bike rack, you are limited to 2 bikes maximum on a Class I hitch.
