Looking at the M5 series 20k Fifth wheel hitch I will need everything will the bed need to be removed to do the installation of the hitch

To install the M5 Series # RP30928 fifth wheel hitch in the bed of your 2016 Ford F350, you'll need a bracket/bed rail kit. A universal kit is available as part # RP30035, which would require you to drill holes in the truck frame. The custom installation kit, part # RP50026-58 uses existing holes in the frame and wouldn't require any drilling, which is why we typically recommend a custom kit when the option is available.
The truck bed won't need to be loosened or removed to install the hitch mounting bracket kit. To install a 7-way trailer connector in your truck bed, you can use part # 50-97-410.
