2014 Dodge Ram Mega Cab Diesel 3500 with Short Bed Fifth Wheel and Gooseneck Hitch Recommendation

Same question. Will this work with my Ram Truck? I am also worried about the offset specially making tight turns getting in and out of camp sites or just tight places. Will I be able to make a 90 degree turn? Thanks

Since you have a short bed truck it would be very unlikely you would be able to make sharp turns while towing a fifth wheel hitch with the Andersen Ultimate part # AM3200.
If you need the ability to make 90 degree turns you will need to go with a set of fifth wheel rails and a slider hitch so that you can gain the needed clearance. You would need to remove the gooseneck hitch unless it happens to be a B and W Turnover Gooseneck like the part # BWGNRK1314-5W.
Then you would only need the part # BWRVK3500-5W.
If you do not have the # BWGNRK1314-5W this would be the rail kit I would recommend since it also doubles as a gooseneck hitch.
