I am looking at a ford f350 sd that has a BW ball hitch would like to put a 5th wheel on top if I could

For a 2014 Ford F-350 with the B&W gooseneck hitch I recommend the B&W Companion # BWRVK3500-5W if the truck is a long bed or # BWRVK3400-5W which is the slider version for short beds. The stationary version is rated for 20,000 pounds gross trailer weight and the slider version is rated for 18,000 pounds gross trailer weight.
The Companion hitches were designed specifically for the B&W Turnover ball gooseneck hitches because they drop right into the ball hole so they are the best option for towing a 5th wheel trailer with the truck. I have included links to video reviews of both versions of the Companion for you.
