On the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution System # FA92-00-0600 the distance from the hitch pin hole on the shank to the ball hole on the head assembly is 12-inches, according to my contact at Fastway.
The shank that is included in this system, part # FA92-02-4100, measures 8-inches from it's hitch pin hole to the head mounting holes on the vertical portion. Overall length is 12-inches.
