Slider 5th Wheel Hitch Recommendation for a 2016 Ram 3500 Short Bed
Question:
I have a 2016 ram 3500 short bed it has the factory prep for 5th wheels the pucks I want to use a slider set up but I am really lost on all of it I know I need 20k my trailer is a silver back 2015 it only weighs 15500 but one day I will get a bigger one my llp on the hitch 1621 please help so I can order it asap thank yall so much

We have exactly what you would need. In order to install a slider hitch in the hitch prep package of your 2016 Ram 3500 with the hitch prep package you will need the rail adapter part # RP30154.
With that you could install the Curt A20 Hitch part # C16541. This hitch is great because it has a slider that will give you 12" of travel and it has a dual-jaw system that provides 360 degrees of contact so you will get a smooth quiet ride.
