I checked the Floe Trailer website for any available specs on their trailer's spindles but their site does not provide this information. They do list axle parts for their 2004-and-later models but not the spindle specs.
Redline Spindle Nut Kit for Dexter Standard and EZ Lube Axles, part # RG05-100, has a 1-inch inner diameter and fits a 14-TPI (threads-per-inch) spindle. I have linked our main page for trailer spindle parts.
You may be able to find a sticker on your axle that tells you it's weight rating and you can measure it's diameter too. This information will help narrow down the available parts to those suited to your trailer's axle.
