Question:
We have a 2001 F250 with a factory square plug and would like to use the combo 7pin and 4 pin combo connection but I do not see one that has the Ford OEM connection.. Please advise.

If the square plug you are asking about on your 2001 F-250 is on the driver side frame rail, then that is an OEM part and you would need to get that from your dealership.
If you are asking about the trailer connector at the rear of your truck, and you want to replace the connector you have, then the replacement connector we offer is the Multi-Tow 7-Way & 4 Pole Trailer Connector, part # 74682. This connector plugs into the connector that is currently attached to the back of your trailer connector. This connector has a 4-way and a 7-way trailer connector as you said you wanted.
I have attached a link to an installation video for this connector you can check out.
When working with electrical connectors I recommend using dielectric grease like part # 11755. This keeps dirt and moisture out of the electrical connections and helps prevent corrosion.
