Replacement Weight Distribution System Recommendation for Stolen Husky WD Components
Question:
Hello, I am looking to replace a husky hitch that was stolen off of our vehicle in a parking lot. We need the head assembly, shank weldment, and bolts to attach the two. Do you know if other round distribution head assemblies are compatible with husky? Such as Camco, Curt, Pro Series? I would like to avoid spending an arm/leg for this replacement. Wondering if your Replacement Weight Distribution Bolt-Together Round Bar Head would work? Thanks!

Sorry to hear about your weight distribution system getting stolen. Due to the price of the individual parts you need (head, ball and shank) it is most likely going to be a better option to replace the entire system.
We only have the one replacement Husky head # HT31516 and when you combine it's price with a new shank like # RP3215 you are at the price of some systems.
Actually a Pro Series Round Bar system like part # PS49583 would cost almost as much as just one of the above mentioned components. This system would be great for tongue weights slightly less than 1,000 lbs.
The part # PS49582 would be for tongue weights slightly less than 750 lbs and # PS49581 for slightly less than 550 lbs tongue weight. This will be your most economic option.
For a 2 inch ball you would want part # A-90 and for a 2-5/16 inch ball # 19286.
