If the utility body on your 2006 Ford E-350 van chassis does not sit any lower relative to the frame than on the regular van models you can install a trailer hitch.
For example Curt trailer hitch # 14055 will work as long as the bolt holes on the frame where the hitch installs are 38-5/8 inches apart on center. I have linked a video showing an example installation for you.
The same goes for hitch # 41945 and # 41906 and a few other hitches for your year E-350 (see link).
If the service body does extend lower than on regular Econoline vans then I recommend a weld-on hitch such as # 41990-07 or # 41990-16. I have included a link to the weld-on hitches we carry as well. Welding should only be done by a qualified professional welder.
