Since you are pulling 5th wheel trailers for hire then presumably they would all be different shapes and sizes. You will likely have to adjust the height of the 5th wheel hitch and/or the pin box on the trailer to tow the trailers level.

Ideally you will have 5 or 6 inches from the tops of the bed sides to the bottom of the 5th wheel overhang when the trailer is level.

When hooking up a 5th wheel trailer to the hitch you will need to have the skid plate on the 5th wheel hitch about 1/2 inch lower than the skid plate on the hitch so that the trailer sort of ramps up on the hitch to properly seat the king pin. The procedure will be explained in the Q20 hitch instructions that you have.
