Tow Bar Lighting Recommendation for a 2004 Toyota Tacoma
Question:
I want to use the existing wiring system on my 2004 Toyota Tacoma Pick-up. I really dont want to cut into existing wiring and I prefer not to drill holes into the lenses for bulbs. Can you guide me to the best product, there seems to be so many to choose from, Also will the turn signal and marker lights on the front of the truck be on when I am towing it? Thanks

For lighting for your 2004 Toyota Tacoma you can use the diode kit, # RM-152, and not have to worry about cutting into the taillight housing. You will also want the # BX88206 to connect this lighting solution to your tow vehicle. This comes with a round 6-way connector that you will install on the front of your towed vehicle and enough coiled wire to go from there to the RV.
The front turn signals will not be activated when using this setup.
