Automatic Slider Hitch Recommendation for a 2012 Ford F-350 Short Bed  

Question:

On setup I see you can have the hitch set forward or back. On a 2012 F350 with 6.75 box what do you recommend? cant tell in video if that truck is 8 inch box? Also, I thought there was a small spring that needed to be added to the verticle post on driver side? Thanks

For a short bed truck like your 2012 Ford F-350 you would actually need a slider hitch to allow you to make tight turns. Positioning the head back on the part # BWRVK3300 would not end up giving you enough clearance to make tight turns.

What I would recommend is the Auto Slider Demco Hijacker part # DM8550024 which will fit the underbed rail kit you have installed in your truck and will automatically slide back when you are making tight turns.
