Can you or how do you get the 1/4in line back out of the bag or valve?

In order to remove the air line from the push connector on the coil air bags, you'll need to use a pair of needle nose pliers and grab the collar on the connector. If you push the collar toward the air bag and pull on the air line at the same time, the line will easily come out of the connector.
If you'll be cutting the air lines, Firestone recommends using an air line cutter like # AL10530 to guarantee a clean cut. If the cut is rough, or isn't perfectly perpendicular, the connection could leak.
